01 Eligibility and Age Verification

To open an account and play on the 98bd platform, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a valid Bangladeshi citizen or legal resident.
• You are using this platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment, not for any professional or commercial purpose.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion or institutionally imposed ban.

98bd may request documents for age verification and identity confirmation at any time. 98bd reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete.

02 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Creating an Account

Each user may open only one single account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and any associated bonuses or winnings may be voided.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in the immediate closure of the account.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Identity verification through a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued identification may be mandatory. Full KYC verification may be required for withdrawals of ৳5,000 or more.

03 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 98bd platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All deposit transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposit transactions are generally credited to the account within a few minutes of completion.
• Deposits made using third-party payment accounts are not accepted.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit.

04 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 10 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and specific conditions. Reading the relevant terms and conditions before accepting a bonus is mandatory.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion terms specifically allow it.
• Bonuses may only be used in your own account; bonus funds cannot be transferred.

4.3 VIP Loyalty Program

98bd's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. The criteria for advancing to a higher tier are at 98bd's discretion and are subject to change.

05 Gameplay and Betting Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 98bd will decide whether to refund the bet amount or replay the game in accordance with the applicable rules.

• The Random Number Generator (RNG) system used in game operations is fair and verifiable.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In sports betting, results will be determined in accordance with the official results of the relevant sports governing body.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device issue, the result is generally determined according to server logs. 98bd is not responsible for this. However, if an issue arises, please contact us via live chat immediately.

06 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98bd platform and may result in account closure:

• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts or strategic betting in violation of the bonus policy.
• Software Manipulation: Attempting to influence game outcomes through bots, automation software, scripts or any other technical means.
• Collusion: Attempting to predetermine game results by conspiring with other players.

• Any loss caused by third-party software or services.
• Service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks or government orders.

11 Changes to Terms
